Private Performance Training
Individualized Private Training is the fastest and most efficient way to reach performance goals, especially if the athlete has specific attention needs or a narrow time frame of training. We understand that each athlete is different and from the moment we first shake hands to the tick of that last sweaty minute, we strive to get the most out of each one of them while maximizing their strengths and overcoming their weaknesses. Our coaches know how much it means to stay competitive on the field and we our extremely happy to give each one of tem that priceless opportunity to reach their greatest potential.
Group Performance Training (2-4 Athletes)
Highly recommended for youth athletes under the age of 14 (who have not reached adult height) for the social interaction aspect. Very beneficial for athletes that enjoy training with friends or teammates proceeding an appropriate consultation. Cost can be up to 30% less compared to average personal training rates.
Team Strength and Conditioning (Group of 10+)
